This study aims to improve the students writing description skills of class XI through application field trip method located at Senior High School 3 Wajo. research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which aimed quality learning practices in classroom. The collected data were analysed critically by comparing results actions each cycle. obtained from this include: (1) can learning. indicated increased activeness, attention, concentration, interest, and motivation write descriptions.
